I finally found the giant barrette I used to use to do this updo, it's like a simple bun (ponytail, grab the whole curly mass and push toward head, clip horizontally) but somehow much looser and prettier than if I try with an elastic.

Do any of you folks suffer from hard water woes like I? At school (where I shampoo more and generally am not very nice to my curls) my hair is much softer and shiny, but now that I'm home (where I shampoo less and have a huge routine) my curls feels soooo dry and frizz extra easy. does anyone have experience with the devafuser/devasun dryer? heres my dilemma - i bought one, and my hair is turning out like crap ( beware of the horror )

So, I'm looking for a nice, interesting way to wear my hair at my wedding. Any ideas?
My hair is shoulder length-ish and curly (clearly), and will be a little bit longer by the end of January, for my wedding. I like the idea of wearing my hair in Heidi braids (I'm actually wearing it that way today), but I'm open to other ideas.
